$4.00 Unlimited AIR Mins added to my bill.  I did not add this myself.  I have removed to reflect on next bill but I would like a credit.  Impossible to find in Self Serve.

Hi there,

you were unable to find a credit in self serve as only a rep can add credits to an account for billing. If you wish to talk to a rep to dispute the charge and possibly receive a credit, I recommend you setup a call back through your self serve account or message a rep through Koodo’s Facebook or X profile pages. That or if a rep sees your post here they may be able to assist you. Just keep in mind if you’re 100% sure you did not add the add on as they will be able to see when and how it was added previously, so if you accidentally did it would be hard for a rep to justify giving you a credit. I hope this information helps 🙂👍

We have reviewed the details and we can see the $4 add on for unlimited Canada wide minutes was added back in February 2021. It was offered to you as special offer by text message.

The current bill went up compared with the previous bill due to the price increase announced on the  April bill, page 5 (https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-bills)

On your next bill, you will see a prorated credit for the add on you removed.
