Activating my account

Jyoti Plamondon-Sinha

Hello,

I recently subscribed and paid for a postpaid plan and received a confirmation email but nothing else. I have no instructions on how to activate the number, nor do I have any prompts to create a self-serve account which means I can’t get ahold of any customer service help!!

 

How long does this usually take? Getting frustrated at this lack of clarity within the process.

When did you sign up with Koodo? New postpaid orders are still subject to review by a rep. It might take 1-2 days for them to approve and send out the service agreement and other self-service activation.

Anyway, I recommend you check your junk and spam email as well, to make sure if anything was sent there.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I placed the order yesterday and did receive an order confirmation number. But that’s all I received.

I would wait until tomorrow afternoon to see if your account is activated. If it isn't, you can come back here; a rep might be able to look into it.
