Hello Koodo Community,

Greetings, I would like to take help to make payment for my koodo Account number: **85 and would like to request cancellation of my account, will appreciate your help and support. I’m travelling outside of Canada. i’m only accessible through my email and facbook account.

I tried accessing my selfserve but looks like my account is blocked

If your Self Serve is blocked you’ll need to either reset the password from the Self Serve sign-in page or wait until you can access the account from a Canadian phone number to receive any SMS verification. 

Can you still receive the account’s SMS or email verification? Are you overdue for any of your payments?

Since you are currently abroad, you will need to send a message to a rep on Facebook Messenger to assist you with the cancellation of your account. https://m.me/Koodo

The Facebook Messenger option will also be able to handle anything else.  Also if you have your Koodo sim card with you, you can still schedule a callback without getting charged roaming. But I’d avoid that for now if you cannot ensure you don’t have data roaming enabled.
