error 4001


I keep getting this error when I try to upgrade my phone. Is there no way to talk to a person? I have been trying for 4 days. I have tried everything that was suggested.

Hi there,

So there is a fair few threads on this already but there is currently an issue with the koodo webstore when attempting to upgrade or order a new plan / device. 

Koodo are aware of the issue and are currently working on a fix.

We have been trying for days as well.

We have learned that they have a known error and will ask you to schedule a call through their stupid bot. If you can get the bot to listen to you… which is not a sure thing. Half the time they will say that your own phone number (that is on their network) doesn’t match. (Apparently this is a known issue as well?!)

Honestly, I think its because they want us all to leave. Why else would they have such awful customer service.

There’s no need to start spamming multiple threads. It’s fair to be upset and vent, but there’s no need to vent on every thread reporting the issue.
