Tokenization Error 4001 When upgrading phone and adding a line

I have been trying to upgrade my phone for a few days and I keep getting an error message at check out:  Tokenization Error 4001

I called Koodo directly and started speaking with someone who put me on hold and then the call was disconnected. 

Iā€™m not sure how to upgrade my phone through Koodo?

This has been a recognized issue by Koodo and they are working on a fix.  I recommend trying again in a few days
