I have tried multiple times to buy a pre-owned phone but there’s always either an error loading the page after I’ve made a selection or I get through the whole process, put in my payment info and then get an error message to try again. I try again and get another message that says I need to contact koodo for support. Why is it so f****** hard to buy a phone?

So there is quite a few threads on this already but a lot of people are experiencing issues with the webstore.
Koodo are aware of the problem and are currently working on a fix.
