Question

Wrong phone number lists on the order I want to process

I want to put an order through on my self-serve account. I’ve put everything I want in my cart, but when I go to check out, I see that the phone number associated with my account is wrong.

Going back into my profile and my mobility details, the phone number listed is accurate. I don’t see that phone number (or a spot to change it) anywhere on my account.

I don’t want to put my order through until all of the details are correct. What should I do next?

Thanks for your help!

Do you recognize the phone number or is it a random phone number?

Does the phone number indicate the upgrade is for that line or just as a means to contact you if there are issues?

Good questions, thank you Dennis.

The number is an old number that used to be a back-up contact number for this account. It isn’t active anymore.

It lists on the order, under my shipping address, as though it is my current phone number. (And there’s no sign of my current phone number on the order.)

I think that it’s suggesting that it is a means to contact me, not that the upgrade would be for that number (but I’m not 100% certain about that).

Yes this is the old contact number.
