phone plan


I realized today I had been paying $60+ a month for only 20 gigs a month, and there are plans that are around $40 for 90 gigs. I’m wondering if there is a way to be notified if there are plans cheaper than the one you are on, with more data. It seems like I was paying way way more than I needed to for a very long time.

Where did you see the plan?  have you checked your available plan in selfserve plan change? Koodo doesn't notify customers if there are other new plan. Customers have to frequently check Koodo website for it.

As well, many plan is only available to new customers and not available to existing customers

Did you check your Self-Serve account? There are exclusive offers that may appear for a limited time and you can change your plan without needing to speak with a rep.
