Home Internet not received


Hi,

I am really sorry if my question sound basic. I ordered a home internet on the 10th of March with an expected delivery date of the 17th of March. However, I have not received it yet.

Can you please guide how to contact Koodo concerning this matter and normally what’s an ETA to receive the home internet.

Was their any tracking number for the shipment?  I know phone shipments are tracked  but unsure of internet orders are as well

We have verified with the support team and there was an issue with the order, however, this has been fixed and you should get the tracking number soon.

@Flo Koodo will this impact the activation date?  If so, can the activation date me altered so it will be for when the equipment arrives?

The activation date will be delayed a bit due to the issue with the order, however the billing date will still be 7 days from the activation date.
