Stream Bundle Activate stuck


Hello, I recently got the stream plus plan. I got all of them activated but telus tv. It set me up but on the koodo website it still shows activate, alongside I am getting emails asking to set it up from Koodo. How can I fix this, any assistance is apprecciatted thanks.

It might be that the reason why it doesn’t see it as activated. If you can please try on Android/ iOS and see what happens after installing the TELUS TV+ app. If that doesn’t fix the issue, please let us know.

For TELUS Films and Series, you don’t need to activate it, simply log in through your Koodo account here https://streamplus.telus.com/telus-login?returnUrl=%2F

I am still getting emails though in rergrads to activating it even though i can sign in jsut fine. How can I get the specific activation email to stop?

Yes I can, the issue is gettign repeat emails to activate it even though I did so over a week ago.

Got it!

We checked on our end and indeed it appears that it’s not activated.

Just to double check, when you click the Activate button in self serve, are you prompted to download the TELUS TV+ app?

Is the issue that you’re unable to login and use it or unable to get it to not say activate anymore?

Unable to get it to not say activate anymore. As I am gettign emails to activate it but as far as I can tell it works as I log in through koodo. But the button stays saying activate with a email every week to activate it.
