Question About Koodoo Internet Fees

Eh, I am little confused by your question. Where did you see  billing after 7 day and 15th day? Are you talking about the preauthorization? If possible, can you post a snapshot of it here?. Hide all personal information before posting please.

@Danynoush There is no activation fee for Koodo Internet service.  As far as the charges this may explain things a little better:

Koodo Internet is a prepaid subscription service. Your first payment will be made at the time of purchase, but your regular billing cycle will start 7 days from your chosen activation date.
For instance, if you buy Koodo Internet on November 1 and set November 8 as your activation date:

• You'll be charged on November 1 for services from November 15 to December 14.
• Subsequent charges will occur on the 15th of each month.

You ae definitely not being charged extra, the 7 or so days are there as a buffer so you don’t pay for the service before the activation is ready.  

@Bernard Koodo Hey thanks for the response it’s starting to make more sense to me, but I am still a little confused about this. So when are we being charged for the services from November 8 to the 14th if the initial charge is to cover the upcoming month 

But also I am confused on what you mean about regular billing cycle, 7 days after the activation date in the example would be the 15th of November so what happens then because I thought we pay on the 15th of every month anyways, thanks for any help

It sounds like the 7 days (Nov.8-14) is a buffer you dont pay for.

Your next payment should be around Dec.14, when you cycle is ending
