I found I can convert my physical card directly to eSIM on iPhone 15, while the website said anyone need a voucher to convert, But this time I changed a sim card but same number, I can’t convert it directly on iPhone now. anyone know why I didn’t need one before  but this time I need voucher to convert?

So you had converted to esim, transferred back to a physical sim card, and now you want the same line to go back to esim and it won’t convert?

Now it only shows use QR code or transfer from another iPhone these two ways. But last time I can directly set a card as eSIM. Last time I use a post paid plan, this time is prepaid plan, but same phone number

thank you. Prepaid and postpaid plan also can’t transfer to  each other right? They are two different systems?

Correct.   Prepaid and Postpaid operated as 2 separate systems
