Additional Lines and Usage


If you have multiple lines, is there a way for each individual to check their own usage without getting full access to the account holder’s information?

You couldn’t do that with selfserve as there was only one login for all lines in the account.

However, each individual should be able to dial 611 and follow the voice prompt to check the usage of that individual line there.
