incorrect Bill Credit from BF

Hoping a rep can fix this for me. Noticed on my last two bills that the credit is 19.47 but should be 20. Thanks in advance!

I have this exact same issue. can someone look into my account also please? 

Also why doesnt a prorated credit apply for the prorated first month?

@JFLK please create your own post with a screenshot of page 3 or 4 of your detailed pdf ebill from self serve that shows your plan and missing credit. Make sure you black out Any personal info

 

Partial credits for the prorated first month is messy. It also means a partial credit for the final month which is also not prorated. It provides koodo with extra complications and likely something that koodo doesn't want to spend money on
