My August 2022 bill has International Roaming fees of $4.80 plus tax for voice International voice usage. I have not been out of country and can’t fathom what this charge is. I also combed through my entire August activities and there’s nothing like an International number used. I’ve spent significant time trying to figure this out on the Koodo website. Can I please be credited for the total amount?

Hi there! We have looked into your account and the charges are not for Roaming but for U.S long-distance calls. If you download the PDF version of your bill, you will be able to see that you called a number in Tonawanda NY on 3 different occasions on August 7.
