Hi - I just joined the $15 starter Plan (available on line only). I think it’s post paid because I’ll get charge monthly. I’m confused on the terms. Please clarify :

Good question. Does it show on the features section of the service agreement? Should be top of page 2. Or the service breakdown which would be the last page.

As for the sim card, it's shipped via Canada post letterman and can take up to business 10 days to arrive. You'll likely get it before then but the expected wait time is a few business days.

+4You may also want to consider the $15 plan from Telus’s other Brand “public mobile” - it improves upon the $15 plan from Koodo by also including unlimited international text AND MMS…
Also, it starts with $2 off per month, making it $13 just for adding auto-pay. Then every year after you get another $1 per month off up to $5. There’s other rewards to further that too...
