I want to add Netflix/Disney/Prime to my plan, but I am already a member of Amazon and get Prime, plus I have Netflix. I have no idea how to “link” my plans to Koodo and I would really appreciate a live person talking me through this. I’m old and don’t savvy the lingo.
I would recommend canceling your Prime and Netflix subscription first. This will ensure a smoother transition.
Once both are clearly canceled and no long active, you can sign up for Stream+.
When you sign up, you will get an email with activation links for all 3 services. If you login with your recently canceled logins, you will be able to link your account to stream+. You can also find these activation links in your self serve under the Subscription tab (once you have signed up)
