I ordered Wifi Service on January 25th, 2025 for my new house. I will be moving soon but the wifi router box has to arrive to my old addrees as Agreed with the company. I would like to know if you already deliver it since they told me that it will be arriving between this past Monday or Tuesday, and Today is Wednesday, and I have not gotten yet. Thank you

As much as we want to help, we have limited access here on community when it comes to Koodo internet.

We recommend scheduling a call back through the virtual assist, so a rep can further look into it.


Also do they know your service if for the new address?  If they ship to the old address I worry the service is setup for the old address too.  Maybe double check that when you speak with a rep
