When I click on the option to view phones I always get the message below. Why is that?

 

If it helps to know I wasted a couple of hours on trying to deal with a Koodo issue yesterday on my mom’s account and another hour today.

Over this time each of the following web features at some time, sometimes more than one time, did not work:

  • Updating payment card
  • Adding payment card
  • Login
  • Process to address login not working
  • Email confirmation

I don’t know if this is a regular issue but there seem recent related complaints on the Koodo Community Forum.


Not sure. Are you logged in when you do? Have you tried clearing browser cache or other browsers or incognito/private mode?
