why can’t I cancel my internet subscription

Put on hold many times for total of over 2 hours.  Unacceptable.

Did the calls get disconnected or something else prevented you from being able to have it cancelled?

I talked with rep Saturday who started process and then put me on hold and I waited 50 min and hung up.  Have tried calling multiple times since to be put on hold long wait times.

Looks like a rep has already been flagged and hopefully shoiuld be able to assist quickly on the matter. 

So each time the hold disconnected or you gave up waiting?

That depends on rep availability. It isn’t instant, but should be pretty soon. You can check in occasionally. Per other home internet cnacellations here, a rep will send a PM for more info and take it from there.
