Hello. Could anyone tell me what the offical receipt is of an online phone order. Is it the order confirmation email or the attached pdf service agreement? Koodo wants this submitted with a return.

Yeah, then the order confirmation was the receipt. The service agreement might not have all the detail of the purchase.

+4When you ordered, did you receive a order confirmation email from the webstore? In that email you should have the order number (starting with HFO. ) and other detail with it. I suggest you check your email inbox and see if you received one. Also, check the junk/spam inbox please.
