I have contact koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com but no one replys me at all! And my order is still approved and wait for shipping. I don’t know why, It’s almost 3 weeks.

Hi again ​@Siqi, we’ve heard back from our Webstore team, the delay was due to the phone being out of stock. They’re currently estimating it to be shipped the week of January 27. Once the package ships out you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

The rep said the week of Jan27, so there are 4 more days it could possibly ship.

It is also an estimate.  Koodo is at the mercy of Apple
