When I opened my account, I was charged a $70 fee, which I was told would be refunded later. In my account history, I see a transaction on January 3 labeled "Connection Fee Refund 70", but where is the money?

I don’t have the amount available in my account, and my monthly charges are still being deducted from my credit card. I also checked my credit card, but the refund is not there either.

Can anyone explain where this refund actually went?

Have you received the latest PDF bill yet? Could you download the PDF bill of the last 2 month to see if anything was there? Check the page 3 and 4 of it. If the connection fee was applied, it is reported there.
