when will the technician arrive? I have been waiting for internet to be set up 11 days now

Please could  you confirm when  my internet will be installed

Hi there,

Did you setup a callback and request a technician visit or did it say it was required when you signed up for Koodo internet? If an appointment was booked you should have received an email outlining the appointment.

Note: with Koodo internet it is entirely self-install. They will not install the internet equipment for you. The purpose of the technician visit is to ensure the copper internet lines are hooked up to the address and that a coaxial port is available.

Thank  you for the most sense I have had out of anyone at Koodo for two weeks now. I am able to set up equipment but said all along no coaxial port here. There has been many calls to Koodo or from them         I sh ould say and they are aware I have no port and suppposed to be organising a technician.  I cannot wait indefinitely but will give it to the end of this week . You have been very good. Appreciate your feed b ack.

No Problem! If you would like I can flag a rep on this platform as well to reach out to their internet team to make sure you have an appointment? You would just have to be logged into the community using your Koodo self-serve credentials.

Let me know if you want me to go ahead and give them a nudge. 🙂

I would be eternally grateful if you can rattle some cages and let out a technician here to install a port in the property and get me  online. I am in the process of loosisng my job if I do not have reliable interent asap and when I speak to a human, finally to, they promise to call back and do not -ever.

 

My friend a short walk away has had excellent Koodo service for a year but it has been all stress and I have paid and nothing, 

 

Is this normal?

 

I am worried about future if this is the lack of service.
