I recently upgraded my phone with Tab. The phone I upgraded to was my second choice, as my first choice was out of stock. A few days after ordering, the phone wanted more came back into stock, so I’ve initiated the return process for the first phone. I want to get the phone I actually want ASAP, and my understanding is that I can’t order it until my tab balance reads zero.

My question is, if I pay off my Tab in a lump sum and go through with the return, what will happen with my account? Will I get a refund of the money I used to pay off the Tab? Will my account have a positive balance that I can use to pay the new tab?

If I remember correctly, the whole thing should be eventually refunded.

In saying that, I would confirm with the webstore what you can/can’t do in your given circumstance just to make sure.
