We didn’t seem to find any issue on our end that would prevent the upgrade. Are you trying with your current plan or you choose a different one during the ordering process?
New plan with an upgraded phone. I tried without upgrading the plan as well. Thank you for looking into it for me.

Were you asked also to enter the credit card details to confirm the order? If yes, is the credit card statement on the same billing address as the address on your Koodo account?
