I ordered my daughters sim card online Jan 20/25 and it has still not yet arrived. It seems to be taking a very long time and we’re hoping to get it up and running ASAP for her. Can I pick one up in store? Is there a way to track?

 

 

If it was a order with only a sim card, there isn’t a tracking code.

If you have received your service agreement, you could visit a koodo store and ask a rep to give you a replacement SIM.
