Very unsatisfied with Koodo

After many phone conversations with an agent and a few visits to Koodo in Place Versailles, nothing is solved.  Koodo is not taking any responsibility for the error of their agent/employee and that error is costing me a lot of money, at least double from what I was told and a contract that has nothing to do with what I was sold. Which looks like I am stock with Koodo for 24 long months.

That’s a very vague message. What exactly happened?


I have been repeating the story so very many time , I am exhausted.  This has been going on since October 30,2025.  Unless Freddy calls me and can help resolve this problem, or an agent that is willing to resolve the problem I am not right now going to repeat the details.

Sorry, I don’t mean to be rude, I just would like to resolve the issue

What is the issue?  How did you sign up?  Do you have your paper contract with you?
