Been with Koodo for a long time and did an online order and never had to verify my info.
they will not process my order until I call Koodo.
IVE made multiple orders online for years, I do not get the callbacks!!!!
there is no customer service I can call directly to speak with someone in regards of this. I have confirmation email but they will not send it.
Unfortunately as the years progress, the amount of online fraud has increased.
