Hi there,

I have a huge problem with Koodo. I closed the Koodo account last month with positive balance and my SIM card stop working but in January I got a bill that I have to pay! I am not in Canada and I don’t have a Canadian credit card.

First of all, I want to figure out what is the bill about. Anyway, I try to pay with my international card but it doesn’t work.

Please advice how to contact Koodo my email or how to pay a bill with an international card.

How did you close your account? Did you call them before you leave Canada?

If you are already outside of Canada, then send them message through FB or Twitter. And ask them register your International CC.

Their Facebook/Twitter messaging wasn't a live chat though. When did you send message to them?
