I have a huge problem with Koodo. I closed the Koodo account last month with positive balance and my SIM card stop working but in January I got a bill that I have to pay! I am not in Canada and I don’t have a Canadian credit card.
First of all, I want to figure out what is the bill about. Anyway, I try to pay with my international card but it doesn’t work.
Please advice how to contact Koodo my email or how to pay a bill with an international card.
