It’s likely your account is too new. Generally speaking, you need to wait at least 45 days after your date of activation to be able to order online. If you are in a rush to get a new phone, you can head to your nearest Koodo store or authorized dealer for the time being.

What are you trying to do when you do? It could be a certain phone. It could want in person verification of a purchase.
