Koodo is stopping me from getting a new phone after I cancelled an order being shipped to me that was over due... Koodo is holding me responsible for a phone I never did receive and stopping me from getting a new phone until they find the other one... How far is that... I may just leave Koodo all together after this crap.

When ordering over the phone with a rep or online, the order can no longer be canceled if it’s already approved/ shipped. In this case, you can still return the order by refusing the package or if it gets delivered to you, you can return it within 30 days from purchase date.
Reordering the phone or purchasing in store will be possible only after the current order is returned to the warehouse and confirmed. Once returned, the adjustments related to the returned phone will be made and you can then order a new phone.
