I ordered a refurbished iPhone 13 PRO last Nov 2024 from the Black Friday promo but found some issues with dust under the camera lenses and returned it. I decided to order a new IPhone 15 instead but have to pay off the tab first for the iPhone 13 PRO. I called in already and confirmed the iPhone 13 return  was received and the tab charge credited back to me. It's been almost 2 months and my tab charge is still there. When I called in, I was just told to wait. Please take a look at my case, I do not want to pay $800 or so upfront for my bill.
