It seems to be a systemic problem here that Koodo won’t actually post the solution to…

I am trying to purchase a phone online and have it shipped to a location that is NOT my billing address. I spoke with Customer Service and they said, “Sure, no problem.. the online order dept can do that for you”.

Once I was transferred over to the online order dept., they said, “No, I cannot do that for you”.   … and when I asked how do we change the location to where the phone gets shipped, he said I can’t.

So, there is no way to separate my billing and shipping address?

I can't get a phone shipped?… without changing my billing address?

I can’t even get a phone shipped for pickup to one of their stores??

This seems to be a bit prohibitive, and really should be a way around this….

 

Any Suggestions??

Due to fraud concern, I believe they only can ship to the address on the Koodo account/billing address.

No, as of now, I didn’t see if the option to pick up a Koodo store. If you would like to pick up there, you have to activate instore.
