I ordered an iPhone XS Max online and received it today. Problem is I was sent and iPhone XS. I scheduled a callback and when I pressed 1 it rang and rang and then hung up. Is there another way to fix this issue?

Another option is to send an email to the webstore at koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com to let them know of this error. The webstore team should be able to provide instructions on what to do next. Please include your order number in the email message.
