Hi !

I have looked at my bill and noticed a roaming charge however, I did not turn my roaming on. Is there anything that can be done about this ?

Hi ​@Eherbie we looked into the charge and it was triggered by outgoing SMS while roaming. You can check the usage in your self serve.

The charge is valid, but if you would like to dispute it further you can schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist or send us a private message on social media via Facebook, X/Twitter or Instagram.
