Refurbished Phone Purchased does not recharge

I purchased an Iphone 14 pro max last week.  It will not recharge.  I have tried numberous transformers and cables that work on other iphone 14 I have here, no problem.  I even cleaned the connector port.

I have followed all the online suggestions and tweaks and nothing has fixed the issue.

 

Its very frustrating.  Please advise what can be done asap.

    Since the phone was recently purchased, you could follow the instructions to get it repaired or return it.https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/certified-pre-owned-phones?
