Hi i ordered a phone last saturday samsung galaxy s25+ i was wondering how long it takes to review it and get the approval or denial i been waiting and when i check the status it still says we recieved your order . Also my order # Is a TD then numbers and not HFO is that normal i never had a TD number before. i ordered it from kodoo online during their spring sale last week

I have talked to kodoo i approved :) yay. But when i still go to the track it keeps saying it doesnt reconize it. It worked i put in the same number and the order id was giving to me. I just like to beable to see the update of status thats all. It prob wont ship til next week. I havent seen it since in review but the guy called and asked questions to verify and then said he was approving it.
I keep getting that error. And i know the order and phone number are correct i tried postal code before it worked once in beginning. Said order receieved. I talked to customer service to verify my identity he said hes approving it and havent been able to check it since
