Your sales representative, MR. SHLOK ******* (+1 (***) ***-**89)

so this guy sold me this plan with Koodo recently like a couple weeks ago and since like I mean, we are both from the same country. I was like you know maybe this guy is getting some commission so I’ll take it, and he promised me VERBALLY saying if you get it like you don’t have to pay the 80 bucks conversion fee, I’ll I’ll waive it off for you and I was like OK yeah sure it’s a good deal and I took it and now I’m checking my account on Koodo it’s showing me that I have to pay $146 and this guy is not answering my calls. He’s not replying to my text, im assuming hes just another scamming sales rep that follow scripts. Of course he doesn’t have any work ethic. I’ve been calling this guy for a week a whole week and I got no text back. I got no calls from this guy back. This is absolutely the worst ridiculous Customer Service I have ever in my life I’ve ever witnessed thank you so much. I will never recommend anybody to get Kudo .

What does it say on your Customer Service Agreement? Does it mention that the connection fee will be waived? You will normally see it on your second or third bill or it will show up as a $10 credit over a period of 8 months.

It’s been really hit and miss with a third aprty rep saying that the connection fee will be waived, and it actually being eaived, from what I see. It’s got to be put in the service agreement that you’ll be credited the $80 connection fee (it’s not a transfer fee). If it’s not in there, or it’s not a Koodo promotion being advertized, you probably won’t get it.

Yes that is the summarized bill. If you download the pdf bill, you’ll ahve the detailed breakdown. But this summarized one (it would have been better to screenshot it directly but I could still make it out) shows the only extra amount is the $80 connection fee. Is this Shlok with Koodo directly or with someone third party? Did you look at the customer service agreement as Milkyway suggested?
