Just ordered a new phone and updated the plan for one of my sons… all good.

Went to order the same phone and update to the same plan and that plan is no longer available ?!?!

Call back is scheduled 2 days from now, what ever happened to their customer service ?

Has anyone experienced the same where a second phone was being purchased but the same plan is not available ?

Could you provide more detail? are you a new customer? how did you order the 1st phone and 2nd phone? and which phone was it?

Existing customer for years, we have 5 phones within the account.

I ordered the Iphone 11 online and also upgraded the plan $50 monthly with 15G.

When i went to order a second one for my 2nd son the plan options started at $60 per month and the previously ordered plan was not available.
