Hello,
I had placed an order to upgrade my phone last week, and had missed a call for a credit quiz while i was unavailable.
I had setup a callback through the online system, and roughly around the correct call time i received a call from a rep (+1866-995-6636) where he asked some verifying questions and notified that i would get an email later with a tracking number (would likely only ship on the 13th i think was mentioned, as it was a pre-order) Then soon after i get an email showing that my billing was updated (new plan that was part of the order)
Roughly 15 minutes later i received another text followed by call from Koodo callback asking if i still wanted to speak to a rep, which i pressed 2 to cancel the request to speak to a rep since i had just gotten off the phone with a rep minutes earlier.
followed by another email 15 minutes after the last call stating that the order was cancelled and i would need top physically visit a store to verify my identity and attempt to activate my services.
what is going on over there?
