Online Ordering using monthly bill credits

Hello, 

my situation is:

I am looking to purchase an iphone 12 online at retail prices to retain my current plan. Due to an accounting error on my end I have been overpaying my monthly services which has resulted to a credit on the account.I intend to use this credit for this purchase as it covers the full cost of the phone at retail.

I unfortunately cannot complete the order without providing my credit card info to complete the purchase.

I have scheduled a callback but trying my luck asking here.

You are unable to use an account credit as payment towards a phone.

It is only able to be used to pay your bills as they come out.

 

You could ask for the overpaid amount to be refunded to you, then go use that money to pay for it alternatively.

I don't think you can use credit on your bill to purchase a phone.

Even if it's $0 down, they need your credit card info. 

If you have enough credit to buy a phone outright, you just stop autoplay ot not using online banking until use up your credit?
