Why is Koodo advertising 4-10day shipping before purchase and notifying it could be 3 months after purchase? I would be paying for a phone I don’t have on the next bill, how is this legal?

they said up to twelve weeks in an email notification this morning. I just wish I knew that I could potentially not get the phone until  january I would have shopped locally instead of online though I know theres a global shortage issue.

Its just a warning as we are approaching a busy time of year during a shortage.

If you wish to cancel your order and pick one up in store you are free to do so as well.

Hmmm.  I see it says “ Order will ship within 4 weeks.“ at this moment.

Did you receive an order confirmation email that mentioned it will be  12 weeks to ship?
