No longer with Koodo

Hello, I just wanted to make sure that i am no longer with you as provider as before you guys activated my plan i switched to another company as i was not happy with waiting too long for call for activation. Just making sure that you guys do not charge any single panni from my account as i did not used at all.

I  am little confused. You mentioned Koodo haven’t activated your service but still ask for confirmation? Did you activate a prepaid or postpaid service? As well, did you receive any email communication from Koodo? (Please check Junk/Spam inbox)

You can schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and speak with a rep to proceed with the plan cancellation. Assuming you ordered online, there are no refunds for the SIM card and the shipping fee. https://Koo.do/Chat

Hi 

they did not activate my card and I switched to another provider which is active now so do I really need to call them to confirm or I am good as I do not want to wait on the phone for an hours with Koodo. 
 

or is there a way to check and cancel (if option is available) form Koodo site?

No, you will need to schedule a callback to cancel your plan. If you are out of the country, you can also send a message to a rep on Facebook Messenger or Twitter. https://m.me/Koodo
