I need a new phone and would like to keep my current plan which costs $46/month. The online information chart seems to say that as long as my current plan is over $40, I should be able to keep it and buy a new phone with Tab Basic. But I don’t seem to be able to purchase the phone without changing plans. Why is that? Is there any way I can buy a new phone and keep my plan? Thanks in advance for your help!
+4$46 seems to be a strange plan. Was it a starter plan? Or was it the price that included addon ?

I believe it’s due to your data overage charge being $7/100MB (old) but the current rate is $13/100MB. Please check your account under mobile services.

You don’t need to upgrade your plan if you buy a phone outright from Koodo. Pls see below:
Whichever device you get pls do not get Certified Pre-Owned iPhones . Just my suggestion. They are known to have non genuine Apple parts.
