Hi there,
if you just received the device there is a return period you can take advantage of. If you did not drop or damage the phone, then it is most likely due to a manufacturers defect. If it was damaged by you, then you cannot return the device.
Depending on your method of purchase, if it was from a store you have 15 days to return and swap it out for another one or if it was purchased online you have to send an email to the webstore to initiate the return, however, you would have 30 days instead. More info can be found below.
