I ordered a phone upgrade March 9th. It's on a tab plan. The phone hasn't even been shipped yet and I have already been charged for it . How can they charge for something I don't even have yet?

 

For device upgrade, they started charging you from the date you got confirmation of the order. It has been a Koodo practice for a while. The good news is you can pay off the whole tab amount little faster.
