I have been with Koodo since June 2025. I am so frustrated with this entire process. I have not been happy with the service yet. I actually reached out to the Better Business Bureau. They also received no reply and closed the file. I am currently on hold...AGAIN. 49 minutes in. So frustrating. No one to speak to. I have been paying for 2 providers and am completely at a loss for how I can finally resolve this.
