I have an advertisement for a new phone in the “my offers” section of the Koodo website. For some reason when I go to purchase the phone that is somehow a tailored ad to me, the price plan of the phone goes from 24$ per month with 0$ down all the way to 1,500$ upfront that is unchangeable. I’m just confused as to why I’m even getting the offer in the first place, if my account isn’t eligible to buy it at all how can this ad be tailored to me?

From your description, it could be a glitch somewhere. Have you tried to use the incognito mode of the web browsers to sign into Koodo selfserve to make sure if the problem follows?

As well, I assumed you didn’t have any Tab and your bill has been all paid?


Hi there ​@Gelenir  We were able to see that you already spoke with an agent over the phone in order to clarify the details. 


I spoke with an agent over the phone yes but they didn’t have an answer other than my account wasn’t eligible to purchase the phone which I had an “exclusive offer” for. They also didn’t mention why I was even given the offer at all if I wasn’t eligible, it doesn’t make any sense.
