I have a problem when trying to buy a phone.

Right now I am a Koodo monthly customer without any active tabs. I want to try to look how much should I pay when buying new phone from Koodo, but I got this error before I am able to add the phone to cart. Any idea how could I fix this?

Have you tried to do it using a different browser, clearing your cache and cookies, or using a different device? Sometimes these can fix errors that shows up on the website.

Something else to try is performing the purchase in an incognito tab or if you have a VPN active to turn it off. See if these work.

It’s probably just busier servers at the moment. I’d suggest things like different browsers, clearing cache, incognito or private tabs of your browsers and sometimes VPNs are an issue. If it persists, it’s something that can be looked into for a technical support issue. But it could also still just be busy servers from high traffic.
